I’d be happy to submit the following testimonial. I hope it is OK for your use.

I recently had some slab lifting performed by your firm. The first project was a slab that had sunk in the corner of a large meeting room at my church. The corner had sunk about 4 inches and we needed it raised so that we could put tile on it and open the room for use. Your crew arrived about 9:00 am and by 10:00 am it was back where it was when it was built. The slab is now ready for finishing.

The second project was my concrete driveway and walk which had sunk over the last 20 years. The driveway had one section which had sunk one inch when compared to the slabs around it and it was a danger for people walking on it. The driveway has sunk about 3 inches right in front of the garage due to poor compaction by the builder. My walk had sunk about 5 inches right by my front porch making it difficult for our aged parents to climb up to the porch. I witnessed the raising of the driveway and sidewalk to their originally constructed levels and was amazed at the care and professionalism of your staff. Everything was done in two hours and is now back to where it was 20 years ago.

A great job well done!

Thanks,

Thanks again, Charlie:

We used POLY-MOR to inject their high density polyurethane to support a slab on grade which had been undermined by tidal action.  Besides offering a cost-effective and innovative approach to our problem, we were very impressed by the exceptional, customer service POLY-MOR provided.   This was not only my experience but also that of the design engineer and site superintendent for the project.

To whom it may concern,

Poly-Mor Canada recently completed slab repair services for one of our properties at Dream Industrial. Having not used Poly-Mor's services prior to this project, I was very hesitant to proceed with their services due to my lack of knowledge and understanding of Poly-Mor's process.

After agreeing to meet with the local Poly-Mor Representative (Mr. Charlie Passey) the process was explained in a manner that I understood both the work itself and the chemistry behind the product. Further, the cost to repair the slab was 70% less traditional slab repair, took less than an hour and our tenant did not have to move any inventory.

I have since learned of the many other uses for Poly-Mor services. Such as Void-filling Lifting, under-pinning settled concrete slab, Stabilizing weak base soils, Sealing leaks in below-grade foundations, catch-basins and culverts to name a few. I hope to not ever need their range of solutions, however I would not hesitate at all to use their services if necessary.

Ploy-Mor and their local team provided us with an alternative solution in a timely manner, at an excellent price and complete with fantastic customer service. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of them.

Good afternoon Charlie.

I want to thank for the prompt and efficient service you have provided us with recently.  The sidewalk slab lift you performed is working well with no more pooling of water for pedestrians to slog through. This winter there will be no more slip and fall hazard present as a result of your repair.  This process of injecting the polymers into the soil saved us a lot of time and effort as opposed to the more common repairs necessitating ripping up the existing, repairing the soil base and re-pouring concrete.  As well, any inconveniences to the travelling public were negated and the walk was able to be reopened in a matter of hours as opposed to days.

Thank you,

Letter of Reference for Work Done
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the quality and timeliness of the work done at both the MacLeod Trad/Bannister Road Bridge and Fish Creek LRT Station sites.

At the Fish Creel: LRT Station we had a problem in two areas with slab settlement, which caused rainwater to pool. Uretek was able to quickly and accurately raise the affected slabs, thereby preventing future ponds from forming. On the MacLeod Trail bridge aver Bannister Road a void was found at one of the abutments. Urstelt was able to lithe void without any major disturbance to the surrounding area. negating the need for other methods with high costs and long construction times.

The solution provided by your company was a faster and overall more elhcient answer to our problems of both slab lifting and void filling than the other possble solutions considered. With the help oi Uretek we were able to effectively solve the two separate problems we faced in a very short time and for reasonable cost.

We at Transportation inlrastmcture are also apprecbtive ol the timeliness of your response to our request tor work. Uretsk was able to meet our light scheduling needs and were also able to pedorm the wort: overnight. a leature that was important to us as It slowed the prevention ol maior trallic delays.

Overall, Transportation Intrastmcture was very pleased with the done at both locations, as well as the customer service. We will definitely consider Uretek tor any future work that may arise and we would wildly recommend them to others.

Uretek Canada Inc. proposed their chemical grouting methodology as a remedial solution to the settling slab on grade and foundation footing, at the Eighth Line Booster Pumping Station in the Region of Halton.

Their pmposal was accepted and their ground stabilization technique using polyurethane grouting was adopted. Construction was carried out in May 2005, and the works were completed on time and within budget. No extras was requested by Uretak.

We are very pleased with the Uretek’s technique for ground stabilization. and their workmanship, and would not hesitate to recommend them to their clients.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter in reference for Poly-Mor Canada Inc. Poly-Mor have worked on several of our schools over the last two years. Using their technique of injecting high density resin to lift uneven concrete slabs and filling the void beneath they have effectively solved this serious safety issue without the need for expensive reconstruction. The Poly-Mor crews work quickly and efficiently and leave minimal noticeable marking on the concrete. I feel confident in recommending their services.

Dear Uretek,

Please find enclosed a cheque for $7632 for work done raising the floor of the rooms on the one side of our building. We wanted to write to say “Thank you very much” for having done a great job but also to show our real appreciation for the price you gave us for the work. Will you please pass on our thanks to the owner of Uretek and to the two men who did the work. If you ever need a testimonial or recommendation from us, we would be more than pleased to provide them. This week our team of leaders also prayed for success for you and for success for your company.

Yours sincerely,

There was very minimal disruption to the operations of the home during this time. The work areas were kept clean and tidy at all times and the finishing work is superb—hardly noticeable. The building elevation is remarkably improved. We were able to witness "first hand", a 3 story building being elevated from below, door jams leveling, tile floors actually meeting up with the baseboards...! Quite a feat!

Again John, our thanks to you, your company and your amazing staff who provided such great work during this project. Because of Uretek and such a fantastic product we were also able to cancel the second phase of this project which would have involved opening up the concrete floors to access the sanitary lines. This resulted in significant cost savings to the owners, and certainly minimized further disruption to our seniors.

lease pass on our thanks to Jerrod and to Mike for a job well done. You have been a pleasure to work with John. Certainly Queens Garden and the owners of LIUNA LOCAL 837 Nursing Home Inc. (Queens Garden) will highly recommend your company for work of this nature.

POLY-MOR TO THE RESCUE – THANK YOU

To Whom It May Concern:

I feel obliged to write this letter and explain my experience with (CRS) – a concrete slab lifting company in Winnipeg.

It all started in the spring of 2008 when I called CRS to request they provide an estimate to lift and level my settled and cracked residential concrete walkway and driveway. I subsequently agreed to have CRS do the work and they started the project in July. After almost a whole day at my house and a return visit a few days later, the CRS representative advised that they could not lift or level certain areas of the concrete, they could not remove some of the kick hazards and they could not restore the driveway to its approximate original elevation (all of which they had contracted to do). CRS said they ‘did the best job possible’, which was not satisfactory by any standard. Furthermore, they presented a bill and demanded payment for the full amount of the estimate.

Wow, was I shocked.

My neighbour, a previous POLY-MOR customer, suggested that I contact the POLY-MOR team – ask them to evaluate the CRS work to see if they could make the job complete.

In September 2008, POLY-MOR spent about 3-4 hours only – lifting and leveling my walkway and driveway – removing all kick hazards – and advised me on how to extend the life of the concrete by treating cracks with a special caulking.

POLY-MOR did the job, perfectly! All the things CRS could not do, POLY-MOR did without hesitation – they said it was “business as usual”.

The purpose of this letter is to warn prospective CRS customers. In my estimation, CRS must be using an inferior product and inexperienced workers. Beware!

I would recommend POLY-MOR in a heart beat – unqualified.

Dear Harry & Poly-Mor: I am so happy with my sidewalk now level with my porch steps.  Plus, a week earlier than I expected.  The fellows were extremely competent  - engineers on the job - !  And you were so helpful with suggestions and analysis of what could be done to solve my sidewalk problem!

Cudoes, and thank you again,

I just got off the phone with Cal Shannon from Yellowknife. That was the $16,800. garage slab job. He was very complimentary of you and Brian and very satisfied with the work you did. In fact, he spilled a beer on the floor yesterday and for once it didn’t run away but stayed exactly where it fell so he knows the floor is very level now, lol!! He said you both were very friendly, very professional as was the work, too. He has already given me two referrals for next spring. Kudos to you and Brain for a job well done. Please pass on his comments to Brian, too.

Keep up the good work guys! You’re the best!

Hi Casey, I thought I would let you know how pleased I was when I arrived home from my appointment on Wednesday. Your crew did a great job and I would appreciate you letting them know that I appreciate the great work. I talked to Bill and he was very pleased as well. Thanks for the great customer service.

Have a great summer.
Go Riders.

Hello Harry,  I just wanted to thank you and your crew for the very prompt service work on our patio today,  it looks great!  Couldn't tell anyone was even there. Will recommend Poly-Mor to anyone down the road that needs work done.

Hi Andy,

First thank you for advertising in Windsor paper so I became aware of you company.

Your crew were keeping their appointment so there was no time wasted on either side. Jarrod and Victor were excellent. They have leveled my garage floor, I think in millimeters. Even being an engineer and expecting accuracy, this was beyond my expectations. They really knew what they were doing and they were very pleasant and friendly as individuals. They even offered to fix my sidewalk that was done two years ago by a local company.

I must say this was a really great and satisfying experience and I will definitely recommend your services to my friends.

Thankful

Hi Andy...this is Vesa. Thank you for all your help. The guys did a great job yesterday! Jarrod and his partner were just amazing. My 30year old driveway looks just like new again. So happy I went with you guys. I will pass on the business cards and hopefully get some more business for you and your crew :)

Hi Andy:

I just wanted to express to you what a great job your workers did at our home on Wednesday night. My husband was totally impressed with the process.

Our cement had sunk quite considerably and had become a  problem when stepping down from the last step to the sidewalk and our walkway in the back had become trip hazardous. Our house and walkway not only looks visually attractive but makes us feel safer.

I would also like to comment on the professionalism of your workers. They were very personable and very informative.  I also appreciate your  quick response to my emails and phone calls, and you allowing us to view the process at another home, you truly are a great company and will certainly recommend you to my friends and neighbours.

Thanks again,

Charlie,

I wanted to send a quick thanks to you and your team.  The recent slab lifting and void filling performed on our driveway has provided cost-effective peace of mind to me in delivering a safe environment for my family.  Equally as important, you and your team took the time during both the quoting and implementation process to get it right and kept the lines of communication open to ensure our needs were met and questions addressed.

Thanks again,

Hi Matt,

Just a short note to tell you how pleased we are with the job Poly-Mor provided. The crew showed up promptly, performed respectfully and were gone without a trace in 4 hours. Our pool deck is once again level and looks great. Our pool service man stated that the job helped relieve the stress on the pools liner and coping which will help it last longer.

Thanks again to you and your crew.
Poly-Mor will be highly recommended.

Hello,

We had the slabs of concrete relevelled last week by Mr. Kosik and his team.  I wanted to let you know what a great job they did.  They were very professional.  I've had renovations done on my house all summer and it was nice to finally have people who knew what they were doing.  They wanted to make sure I was happy and satifstifed with their job.  I was being a little picky and that did not seem to bother them.  Instead they worked harder and tried their best to please.  They also left the place very clean.

From the day I met Mr. Kosik (when he gave me an estimate) till the day he picked up his check, he was very professional, pleasant and I truly enjoyed his company.

When people have a problem with workers, they put in a complaint.  I find it important to reward employees when they do a good job.  Mr. Kosik and his team did a wonderful job.

If ever I have a problem with the pool, I truly hope that I have to deal with him again.  I will highly recommend him should the occasion ever arise.

Thanks guys, and thank you Mr. Kosik for making this job the most pleasant one of the summer.

Sincerely yours,

Hi Matt,

I just thought I should get back to you about the work your company has done on our 20 year old pattern concrete driveway.

I am more than pleased with the work and the service Poly-mor has given us.  I just want you to know, if ever you need to show a client what you have done for us, or want to use us as a reference, we would be more than willing to do this.

My wife said that your crew headed by Bill was extremely professional,  and careful to do the job right.  When I dealt with you, it was great that you came out to inspect what was to be done, and when I called,  you took care of all my concerns right away !

As you already know, I have given your name and number to several of my neighbours.

Thanks Again,
